If you find you are seeing as many Outlook e-mails as you expect to see on your iPhone check these two settings:
1. Under Settings, ensure that you have selected show 200 Recent messages.
2. Under your Mail Account, ensure that you have set the Mail Days to Synch to One Month or No Limit
