Occasionally we get reports our users iPhone calendars seem to be missing appointments which show up in Microsoft Outlook, yet do not show up on the iPhone calendar despite all other appointments and mail synchronizing across.
We haven’t yet identified the cause of this as it seems very intermittent and only affecting a few users.
We have however, found the best way to resolve any calendar sync issues is to simply go into Settings, Mail, Contacts and Calendars, select your Microsoft Exchange account and then turn off Calendars.
This will delete all the calendar items on your iPhone. Then just turn on Calendar sync’ing again and all items will be synchronized back again.

Everytime I try to an entry to my calendar on my iPhone 4s, I get this message “that event does not belong to that event store”. What does this mean and how do I resolve it? Also do I have to tell it each time what calendar? I have selected the iCloud calendar as the default. Thanks for the help!
this fixed the problem for one of my users
